Vijay Ayyappan, an Engineering graduate from Anna University, Chennai, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Ayyappan is a co-founder and Director of Olympus. Ayyappan has over 15 years experience in the areas of prepress production and marketing, both in India and the USA. Well experienced in operating companies specializing in content processing and technology. Under his management, the company has Digitized over 7,000 academic, trade and education books with various XML schemas.

Murali Srinivasan, an Engineering graduate with a Master's degree from Wayne State University, USA. Murali has over 15 years experience in Engineering and Production. He is a co-founder and Director of Olympus. Actively involves in Product and process development, innovation engineering and business operations related to content ownership and management.

S.S.Vanangamudi is heading apex laboratories ltd as Managing Director since 1982. The company is a pioneer in the introduction of Zinc based formulations in India and continues to be the brand leader in its segment. Currently with a turnover of USD 50 million, the company has ambitious plans to achieve USD 125 million (INR 500 crores) by 2012. The company today boasts of over 1000 strong dedicated manpower, an all India presence with excellent distribution network, growing acceptance of its products overseas and being ranked among the top 50 fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in India.

V.R.Srinivasan is currently the CEO of Brics Securities Ltd., which offers Equity, Debt and commodities broking services in India. Brics Securities Ltd. is a part of the J. V. Gokal Group. Srinivasan, a Chartered Accountant by profession, began his career in 1981 in the Finance & Marketing division of the TVS Group. In pursuit of more challenging opportunities, Mr. Srinivasan joined Standard Chartered Bank to head the Merchant Banking Division in 1987. Subsequently, he moved to Imperial Corporate Finance Ltd. as Vice President, Broking Division. His extensive knowledge of the capital markets, coupled with commitment to the organization, saw him being promoted to the post of Managing Director from 1993 to 2001. V.R. Srinivasan represents J.V.Gokal Group, who has taken venture investment at Olympus Premedia. The group has vast experience in LBO, M&A, JV opportunities and is actively involved in Olympus in these opportunities.
